Fairy Frost Glitz fabric is 100% pearlised cotton embellished with silver glitter sparkles. Fabric felt is just as it says felt backed fabric which gives it a stiffer backing so you can use it for a variety of uses most commonly used for bow making.

Sold in Sheets sized 20 x 30cm.
