The Tutu Bow Topper- 2 Sizes Die cutter/Template

The Tutu Bow Topper Die Cutter is for adding on to the tops of your bows as an extra embellishment or decoration. You can also add this to a hair band or a clip as a fringe clip or bow decoration.

You literally need your bow and just before you wrap your centre around you carefully position this flat bow shape on top and then wrap the centre around all.
